Sirens sound in Bethlehem after missile launch from Yemen

BETHLEHEM, WEST BANK - MARCH 21, 2025: Red alert sirens were activated across Bethlehem city of West Bank on Friday night, Mar. 21, following the launch of a ballistic missile from Yemen, authorities said.According to Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s national emergency service, no injuries were reported. However, as a precautionary measure, Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv temporarily suspended all flights and closed for landings.This marks the third such attack targeting the Jerusalem area within a week, following a two-month pause in such incidents.On Thursday, a separate missile strike by the Houthis left 13 people injured as they rushed to protected shelters, while three others suffered panic attacks, according to MDA.Earlier on Friday, the Houthi group in Yemen reported additional airstrikes by the United States on Friday in the northern Saada province.The Houthi-run Al-Masirah TV claimed that an "American aggression" targeted the Saqayn district in western Saada, though no details on casualties or damage were provided.Saada province, located along the Saudi Arabian border, is considered the main stronghold of the Houthi group.(Footage by Hisham K.
