Coloured axial CT scans of the chest of a 50-year-old male showing pleural effusion, liquid build-up in the space between the lungs and the ribcage. It is evident at lower left around 4 seconds into the clip. The pleural thickening is consistent with empyema, pus in the pleural cavity. He had presented with a cough
