South Korea Reacts To The North Korean Train Disaster

The International Red Cross say at least 154 people have been killed with more than 1,200 people injured. The UN's World Food Program said; North Korea has accepted offers of help from the United Nations and the Red Cross. China pledged 1.2 million U.S dollars in aid and South Korea's acting President Goh Kun today approved sending 1 million U.S dollars in medical and other emergency supplies to help relief efforts.
