A combo of image grabs taken from a video posted on You Tube by the user "onlymehdi" allegedly shows Iranian police arresting and then beating an Iranian opposition protestor in Tehran on February 11, 2010. The United States accused Iran of attempting "a near total information blockade" to deal with anti-government protesters, calling the move unprecedented.
