Cannon Street Railway Bridge over the River Thames on 5th Febuary 2023 in London, United Kingdom. Cannon Street Railway Bridge in central London carries trains over the river to Cannon Street Station in the City of London on the north bank. Originally it carried trains over the Thames on spans standing on cast-iron Doric pillars. It was extensively renovated between 197982, during which many of its ornamental features were removed resulting in a more functional appearance than previously.
