A photographer in Perth was joined by a new "work colleague" as he was taking pictures of a spring sunset last year from Heirisson Island. Video by Liam Drennan shows his furry companion, a friendly kangaroo. "The roo was very friendly and hung around for pats," Drennan said. "I am a New Zealander but have been living in Perth the last seven years and this was my first visit to this particular location."
