The Performance "Chiroptera", By JR, Damien Jalet And Thomas Bangalter At The Opéra Garnier

PARIS, FRANCE - NOVEMBER 12: (EDITORS NOTE: audio/music licensing is not included.) People gather in front of the Palais Garnier Opera House to watch prima ballerina Amandine Albisson perform "Chiroptera", as the opera house facade is transformed into a philosophical allegory of Plato's cave by the artist JR with choreographer Damien Jalet and musician Thomas Bangalter November 2023 in Paris, France. The Paris National Opera invited artist JR to decorate the scaffolding covering the restoration work on the facade of the building and created in collaboration with the choreographer Damien Jalet, the show brings together 153 dancers from all over Europe which sees classical architecture of the building transformed into a cave.
