A60 Kylltal motorway bridge, Germany Cable supported formwork for Concreting Bridge Arch on Motorway Bridge Temporary cable stays are used to suspend the growing arches during construction for a concrete autobahn bridge on the A60 (E42) route between Germany and the A27 in Belgium The arches were built outwards using Doka formwork and the cables removed once the arch sides met at the top The arch bridge was completed in 1999 Bridge length is 645m with a 2227m central arch supported main span 93m high over the valley floor .
