Government shutdown closes federal facilities.

ESTES PARK, CO - JANUARY: High winds blow snow high in the peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park on January 22, 2018 in Estes Park, Colorado. Due to the government shutdown all federal facilities are closed. Rocky Mountain National Park is open but no facilities such as the visitor's center or the Ranger stations are manned or open. The road into the park is closed because of the recent weather. The roads are covered with snow and with no employees to plow it the park decided to close the road.
