Rose Bowl Stadium Seen In Advance of Rose Bowl Game Day

PASADENA, CA - DECEMBER 26: An aerial view of the 100-year-old Rose Bowl Stadium prior to the Rose Bowl Game on December 26, 2022 in Pasadena, California. The annual American college football bowl game pit the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Utah Utes to battle for the Leishman Trophy on the day of the Tournament of Roses Parade, also known as the Rose Parade. The events are traditionally held on New Year's Day except when it falls on a Sunday, as it will this year, a long-standing rule to prevent frightening horses outside of churches along the parade route and disrupting services.
