Tlayuda tortilla with edible Mexican Chapulines (grasshoppers).This is a Tlayuda and is a form of tortilla from Oaxaca Mexico mainly, is cooked like a pizza, but tortilla thin and crisper, the filling is beans and cheese sometimes mole or yellow mole, like in this case, the yellow sauce we see is yellow mole or amarillo, on to​p of it chapulines or grasshoppers.
