During the dry season, it is possible to use a regular bus service between the city of Manicore, and the state capital Manaus. The schedule however, only as a departure time... arrival depends entirely on the road conditions, ferry, stuck cars on the way, etc. Manicure is about 400km from Manaus, but by river, the journey will take days, making the bus a preferred option.
