Baltimore, MD, USA - July 16, 2016: Roller skating club entertains at the 2016 Baltimore Artscape Festival. The Artscape Festival is an annual art festival held in the Mount Royal neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. This festival began in 1982 and as of 2016 has become the largest free arts festival in the United States, with upwards of 350,000 people attending during the three days of the festival. The festival features artists. craftspeople, visual art exhibits, photography, street performers and lots and lots of live musical concerts on the many festival stages. The festival also provides an abundance of food available throughout the festival site.
