Coming from a musical background,David started his training on the piano at the age of five. His musical and compositional skills were soon identified, and by the age of eleven David had won a scholarship to study classical piano, flute and violin at Wells Cathedral School in Somerset - one of the premier music schools in England.
In his early teens David began experimenting with synthesizers and sequencing, incorporating these ideas into his compositions. He then spent three years at Cambridge majoring in music with electronics; he also gained performance and teaching qualifications from the Guildhall School of Music, London.
For the past eighteen years David has been composing and programming for film and television, the multimedia industry and Internet applications.
He travels frequently to Los Angeles and New York, but is generally found in darkest Surrey.
His countryside studio is home to the latest state-of-the-art technology, including a variety of keyboards, synthesizers, samplers, three PCs, five Macintoshes, and
a very sleepy moggy...
