Benefits cap proposal passed in House of Lords

VOICED: In the past hour the Government has survived a vote in the Lords over plans to introduce a cap on benefit payments - but it's got further battles ahead this evening. The proposals will introduce a maximum payout of #500 a week in a new universal credit system. The Department for Work and Pensions says it will save #290 million pounds a year. But the government accepts that around 67,000 families will have their benefits cut as a result of the changes. Sky News west of England correspondent Isabel Webster has been to Weston-super-Mare to see what people living on one estate make of the proposals.
