A disconnected dog - Fotografía de stock

This photo was taken during my France travel trip. Actually there are two different pet dogs tied together by their master with a string. It was funny to me that the master entrusted "a dog to guide another dog" and actually the dog behind didn't really follow the dog in front in terms of walking direction and pace...This scene therefore inspired me of the idea that sometimes people bounded together in business or as a team do not really get connected, they have different pace and direction which definitely will hinder the progress the team and damage the team spirit.
